Mini-warehouses with sizes: 10–30 m²; 50 spaces.
Office spaces with sizes: 30–500 m² ;

Rental prices:

  • Stock office spaces according to the size of the space range between 6.4 and 6.9 EUR/m²

  • Office spaces range between 6.9 and 8.9 EUR/m²

  • Mini-warehouses range between 7.9 and10.9 EUR/m²

20% VAT and utilities will be added to the rental price according to the measured usage.
